$67.50 for a 1 bedroom ocean view unit, $74.25 for a 2 bedroom ocean view
unit and $74.93 for
a 2 bedroom ocean front unit.
* $300 security/Damage Deposit Required (if cancellation, not
refundable)
* A rental deposit of $1200 for a one bedroom unit or $1500 for a two
bedroom unit will be required
for monthly rentals 30 days prior to arrival. For a one month rental, the
deposit will be applied to
the rent which is due at check-in. For a multiple month rental, the
deposit will be applied to the
last month's rent. (Indicated on
Confirmation)
* No refund of deposit(s) for any reason
* Absolutely NO pets
* No smoking in any unit
* No trailers or RVs larger than one parking space allowed
* $30 per week trailer fee
* You must be 21 years or older to rent any unit
* Someone 21 years or older must be in residence when minors are present
** Stays in excess of 6 months and 1 day are not subject to Florida
Sales and Resort Tax
